The trailer has been sitting for greater than a year and had a considerable amount of oxidation and stain over a better portion of the trailer. Cates Property Services came to my house to clean my house which had never been cleaned in 5 years. We got there name from our daughter who have had them do work for her. After getting tinted fence sealant onto our neighbor and our siding, we were referred to Cates Property Services to try to sort out the mess. An initial heated wash using a detergent suggested by the paint company, on one wall was partially successful. Mr. Cates then did some research of his own and established that another product would likely be more successful. His team pressure heat washed all of the affected walls again with the recommended detergent, which was much more successful than the first wash. His team then offered to come back and scrub any remaining areas with detergent, at a very reasonable hourly rate, which we accepted. In the meantime, Mr. Cates again did more research and established that another product would most likely be more successfull for the scrubbing process. We purchased the product, his team came around and using the product and industrial brooms, did a superb job in cleaning 99% of the tinted fence sealant from the siding.
As a result of this superb service, for the extra research which was done by Mr Cates and their professional handling of our particular issues, I would have no hesitation in recommending Cates Property Services to anyone requiring the services which they offer.

I recently contracted Mr. cates to pressure wash my home located in Stone Ridge Subdivision in Johnson City Tn. Mr. Cates who was on a job responded to my first call with a actual voice to voice contact (not an answering service). Within 48 hrs. He gave me a solid quote which he then completed the following week. The results of the job were top notch. The dingy stained guttering as well as the soffitts looked like new after the cleaning.
I had also asked him to remove staining from the asphalt shingles which he did with excellent results.
My home consist of very high arched eves as well as very high rear structure guttering which are far to high for non professional to attempt to clean.
I can strongly recommend Cates Property Services, to anyone and will be more than glad to have anyone come by to view his work at my property.
Overall Cates Property did excellent, prompt and reasonable work and my wife and I are 100% pleased.
